At Vanmove, every driver is given a fair chance to prove themselves

We don’t believe in the idea that only drivers with top ratings on a platform should get work

Unlike other platforms where you’re unable to acquire jobs because of a 0 star rating, every driver at Vanmove starts with a 5 star rating

We take care of all the vetting to ensure all drivers are up to the job, have the right credentials and tools to be able to work efficiently and safely

Our clients won’t book you based on your ratings but they will rate you immediately after the job

Drivers that are performing well will be rewarded, ensure you communicate well with your client and provide a great service

Instant rating will immediately highlight drivers who are not performing well, As a result, we will be able to offer free advice and potential re-training

On some platforms, less than 10% of happy customers leave a positive feedback. It only takes 2 negative feedback comments to drastically hamper your score and thus your chances of securing any future jobs

PRICING

Unlike other platforms that hide their commission rates from you, our pricing is totally transparent to both you and the client. You, as our trusted partner driver, will get to see what has been charged for each and every job, what our commission is and what your share is

Our commission rates are low between 10% and 30%, which means all jobs are well paid. Our aim is for drivers to earn as close to what they would normally charge for similar jobs

No more wasting hours on end bidding or searching for jobs on platforms, wasting money on advertising, or having to take calls during working or driving periods. At Vanmove, the job offers come directly to your phone, which you can either accept or decline with a single tap on your screen

A high percentage of clients will pay you in cash and for those that have paid via card, the payment will be credited your account within 3-5 working days

JOB TYPES

Our state of the art technology offers you ASAP jobs based on your current location or jobs in your base area for future jobs. This method saves you a lot of money on fuel and maintenance bills and further helps to protect our planet by reducing your carbon footprint

We have 2 types of jobs on offer:

1. Hourly on a meter with a minimum 1 hour booking charge. Even if the job takes less than 1 hour, you would still be paid for a full hour

2. Fixed price where the client has opted to pay a fixed price based on their listed inventory and other requirements i.e. dismantling. If, upon arrival, the inventory is inaccurate, you are only contracted to move what is on the inventory. Alternatively, if the client insists on you moving the extra inventory or doing extra work like dismantling then you will renegotiate a new price on the spot with the client and update it on your screen

If you are idle or looking for extra work that may not be in your immediate proximity, just tap ‘Job offers’ on your dashboard where you will find an array of jobs that are available. Some of these might be jobs that had no drivers in the requested pick up area or even jobs that were accepted by drivers and then later cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances

If you require an extra helper/porter in the area that you are in, you can request one instantly via your driver dashboard as we have thousands of registered porters on the app who are ready and eager to work at a moment’s notice

All of this is backed by a dedicated driver support network that is available 7 days a week

WE CAN HELP WITH YOUR OWN JOBS TOO

We at Vanmove understand that many drivers have their own clients and, at times, have jobs they are unable to fulfil. Therefore, we are able to assist and help cover your own jobs. On top of that, we will pay you a percentage once the job is complete. That way you won’t have to cancel and your client won’t be disappointed. All you have to do is contact Vanmove Driver Support and we will take care of the rest
