How it works for drivers

Driver’s dashboard

Select a tab from your dashboard and explore

If you are idle click on MOVE OFFERS, Where you would find an array of jobs that might be of interest to you

If you require an additional local porter to assist you on a 2 man job, click on PORTER

Step 3

Accepting Jobs

Job offers comes in 2 forms
Hourly or Fixed price, can be for Asap or a future date.

If you cannot do a job, please do not accept it, the job offer would automatically be offered to the next driver in line.

Accepting jobs you cannot fulfil may result in a penalty.

Step 4

The Pick Up

Once you have accepted the job click the navigate button on top left to proceed to the job

Once you have arrived at the job and made contact with the client, slide the red bar to start the job, that would automatically start the job clock

if you need to contact the client just click the call button on top left

If you need to recap on the job at hand, click info top right

Step 5

Job Details

Click the info button to view your job sheet

If it is a fixed price job, it will show that on the job sheet along with a full inventory and job spec! for example dismantling required etc

If it is an hourly rate your job sheet would show you the hourly rate

You won’t need to keep an eye on the time as our smart app does all that for you, the app will calculate the final invoice once the job has ended

Step 6

The Drop Off

Once you have picked up, click the navigate button on top left to proceed to the drop off

Once you have dropped off, slide the red banner to the right to end the job

The system will then stop the clock and calculate a final fare for the job

Step 7

Job End

Our state of the art system will calculate the final fare and display it on your screen, as well as the clients screen

If the client selects pay now on their screen, they would have 3 options, Cash, Card or PayPal

If the client is having issues with their smart phone, they can use yours by clicking the Pay Now button on your screen

Step 8

Payment Confirmation

Once the client has paid, you would automatically get a notification on your smart phone

All cash payments requires you to confirm you have received payment via your smart phone

All confirmed ? Now feel free to rate your client as your client would be doing exactly the same on their smart phone

Ready for more work? click Go back online, even if you do not want any more jobs for the day, as you can still get job offers for a future date and time

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Always ensure your mobile is online and you are signed into the Vanmove App,
as ASAP and future job request will still need you to be online
to be offered jobs
